We’re back at the Hook and Ladder for our Annual 90’s Queer Dance Party. Grab your jellies and get ready to dance! We’ll have everything from Brittney to Baby Spice in the Main Room – while Alanis and Offspring help you release your inner “alt” in the Mission Room. Dress to impress your grade school self. The “Back-to-School” selfie booth is ready to capture all of your flannel and fetch fashion.    Start stretching – we’ll have a very special Beanie Babie Challenge for you at midnight!    Be there or be square! We’re giving out free 90’s accessories to the first 100 folks through the door. There is free parking available (on a first-come-first-serve basis) within the north parking lot (behind the Hook and Ladder) as well as on the adjacent city streets. We recommend traveling within a group if utilizing any public transit options. Other rideshare options available via Lyft, Uber, etc. Grrrl Scout events are created for queer folx (meaning, but not limited to all people that identify within the LGBTQIA+ umbrella) and their allies. CONSENT IS MANDATORY! Please remember to be considerate and respect others’ personal boundaries. We will not tolerate any racist, sexist, ableist, transphobic or homophobic language during any of our events and reserve the right to remove anyone that is causing harm.   Due to the nature of our events, which include the sale of food and beverages, we cannot properly enforce a mask mandate. Instead, we encourage our patrons to exercise their individual agency in correspondence with their personal comfort levels. It’s important to note that all public events carry inherent risks, and it is up to the individual to proceed with care in those situations.
