Math Emergency w. The Janey Winterbauer Trio, Meanest Genus

Math Emergency is a Saint Paul-based rock band that is perhaps the region’s only band with an all-math professor rhythm section, so you know the time signatures will be complex. Playing mostly originals with a smattering of choice generation X covers, Math Emergency explores themes and topics like Wisconsin hotels, settling for good enough, Judge Judy, and seeing roadside coyotes as troubling omens.
