Glen has recorded eight CDs with combined sales of over 50\,000 CDs. He is the guitarist and band leader for the groups Hot club Mania\, Brilliant colors Jazz Trio and Axis Mundi World Music ensemble \nGary Schulte is a master improvisor and performance composer to whom Stephane Grappelli gave his most sincere blessing. A veteran of A Prairie Home Companion\, he has gigged with some of the greatest artists of the Gypsy Jazz genre\, including guitarist legend Dorado Schmitt. A performance graduate of Indiana University School of Music\, Schulte studied with Paganini virtuoso Rugierro Ricci. \nSteve Pikal is highly regarded as a first call bass player from the Minnesota Twin Cities area jazz scene. He has had the pleasure backing shows with legendary performers such as Cab Calloway\, Bob Hope\, and Margaret Whiting. \nJazz drummer Jay Epstein\, has an extensive career as a performer\, recording and touring artist. It is a plunge into the deep end after years of swimming on the surface. However\, they met in the studio only once: 1968’s Francis A & Edward K. Here\, the JazzMN Orchestra will perform tunes from each of their catalogs in an inspiring homage to the golden age of jazz! \nThe JazzMN Orchestra has presented over eighty concerts in its main series since its inception in 1999. Also\, they perform often at festivals around the Twin Cities. Moreover\, the music performed by the JazzMN Orchestra spans from the beginnings of jazz to contemporary works by today’s composers. The Orchestra has featured international jazz artists like Randy Brecker\, Kurt Elling\, Mike Stern\, Arturo Sandoval\, Gordon Goodwin\, Phil Woods\, Nicholas Payton and Paquito D’Rivera. \nSinger and pianist Andrew Walesch combines the sophistication of a cosmopolite with the self-effacing charm of a country boy. Appearing with the JazzMN Orchestra\, the consummate showman puts his own stamp on the Blue Eyes tradition\, bringing warmth and unmistakable personality to the music.
