Pianist/accordionist Dan Chouinard is accompanist for innumerable Twin Cities performers, an enabler of community singalongs and writer of shows for radio and theater. He’s the founder of the classic country band, Lush Country, comprised of Prairie Home Companion alumni. Maria Jette, guest vocalist and all-American soprano, has the Statue of Liberty on her mind: she’s just back from a trip to France, where she visited the home of her long-ago French immigrant ancestor, Urbain Jetté.
