It’s time to gather at the second annual MN String Gathering at The Hook. Some of Minnesota’s premier string bands will perform on two stages for a non-stop evening of live music.

Join us for a triumphant and energetic tribute to the music of the iconic singer/songwriter Tom Petty, performed by some of the finest singers and players in the region – including guitarists/vocalists Gregg Hall (Gregg Hall & The Wrecking Ball, White Iron Band), Chris Castino (The Big Wu), and Dan Israel (Dan Israel & The Cultivators); bassist Trent Norton (The Honeydogs); drummer Scott McPherson (Elliot Smith, Beck, She & Him, Neil Finn); and Tim Carrow (God Johnson) on organ and piano.

Join us for a high-energy night of punk, passion, and political power at Mayoral Mosh: Get Out the Vote for Omar Fateh! This electrifying event brings together some of the Twin Cities’ fiercest bands to rally community support for progressive champion Omar Fateh—a leader who’s been fighting for housing, justice, and working-class Minnesotans.

Join us for a special night as we host the Twin Cities album release show for Wisconsin songwriter/performer Trapper Schoepp. Minneapolis band Wild Lyre open.
