Dinner and cocktail seating and service begins 75 minutes before showtimes. R&B and Soul Johnnie Brown attributes his love of music to the great artist and sounds of Philadelphia and to that which personifies the legendary Lou Rawls. Johnnie performs with soul and force, using his raspy baritone voice. A mainstay of regional R&B music, Johnnie Brown, born in Mississippi, began singing as a child in the choir of his father’s church. He and his band deliver the music of the “Sound of Philadelphia” like it was meant to be played. Johnnie Brown continues to strive to make a difference in the entertainment community with his tribute performances to honor the legendary performers that inspired his singing career, such as Teddy Pendergrass, Lionel Ritchie, Lou Rawls and the O’Jays.
