Jenny Russ (vocals) is a seasoned and much sought after performer across the Twin Cities. In addition to singing the role of Frida as a founding member of ABBASolutely Fab, she also sings with the classic country band Saddle Sores and the ELO Tribute ELnO Jenny Case (acoustic guitar/vocals) is a multi-instrumentalist, music director, teacher and composer. In addition to ABBASolutely Fab she also plays regularly with the Flamin’ Oh’s. Jenny is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of She Rock She Rock, a Twin Cities nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls, women and gender-expansive folks through the art of music. Simon Husbands (keyboards/vocals) is a British born entertainer. Simon has been playing with ABBASolutely Fab since the beginning, but has also played in many bands including the Billboard Hot 100 band Blue Train. Rod Smith (guitar) is a genre defying lead guitarist who has been with ABBASolutely Fab for several years. When he’s not Laying all the Love with the Super Troupers, you can find him playing the blues with Lamont Cranston. Jon Hunt (bass) is a multi-instrumentalist has been playing with ABBASolutely Fab since its inception. Prior to that, he played in a number of Minneapolis bands including Shatterproof and Lunar 9. Arne Fogel: Vocals Rick Carlson: Piano Arne Fogel is a 2018 inductee into the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame, and a 2008 inductee into the Mid-America Music Hall of Fame. He appears frequently as a singer at the top jazz venues in the Twin Cities.He has written, produced and/or appeared in dozens of concert presentations in such venues as Orchestra Hall (where he performed as Rosemary Clooney’s opening act for her penultimate career appearance), Bloomington Center For the Arts, Crooners, Hanifl Center for the Performing Arts, Hopkins Center for the Arts, 3M History Theater, Phipps Center for the Arts, The Fitzgerald Theater, The Capri Theater, and many other venues throughout the Upper Midwest.Arne has performed in many live radio concerts and productions, including three years as a regular performer on Garrison Keillor’s A Prairie Home Companion. Arne has performed on nearly 1,500 recording sessions as a vocalist on jingles and film soundtracks, and recorded, produced, or co-produced several albums. For 12 years he produced and hosted “Arne Fogel Presents” on the stations of the Minnesota Public Radio network, and for over 45 years has entertained radio audiences with his programs on SiriusXM, WWTC-AM, KLBB-AM, KTWN-FM, Netradio.com, and Bing Crosby Internet Radio.
