The Jolly Pops are a children’s music and entertainment group founded by Billy Hartong, aka “Mr. Billy.” The band was built around Dads who love to play music for kids. They run programs for Preschool and Elementary aged children that include everything from Monthly Classes to the annual concert at your Spring Fair. They conduct concerts at libraries, festivals and parks all over MN and beyond. Have mini-van, will travel. Their presentation involves music, movement and fun learning through experience.  They’ve got puppet friends in tow who often get in on the fun. Their approach is unique, yet familiar.
