Invite your friends and family and join us for FREE Yoga at Peavey Plaza. Classes will be offered weekly on Wednesdays from 5:45 – 6:45 pm. Bring a water bottle, a mat and a towel. Registration is not required but encouraged. Just show up and join in on the fun! Members and nonmembers are welcome! Connect postures with mindful breathing to build strength and positive energy with the community. Whether you have extensive practice or you’re a beginner, connect your body and mind through breath. 5:45 pm – Check in 6:00 – 6:45 pm Yoga with YWCA Minneapolis In case of inclement weather, classes will be held at YWCA Downtown. Guests 18 and older can take advantage of a limited time join offer of only $15, valid through Oct 31. Member registration will open up on the class schedules page a week before the event. Nonmembers can reserve a spot here.
